Two and a half years, 2,751 Orders and over $30,000.00 in revenue later, New York Deli owner Lisa Palumbo couldn't be more pleased with the results of their PC Waiter Online Ordering Service.
New York Deli began its endeavor with PC Waiter in March 2002. The restaurant was recently featured in the Metro West Daily News and WCBS News Radio 880 in New York detailing its success.
During the first 6 months of service they were receiving on average 52 orders per month. Since that time, orders have increased to an average of 132 per month and growing. This 154% increase has come with little investment. Ease of use, word of mouth and stickers on their menus saying "Save Time, Order Online" are the biggest attributes to this growth.
